1. About This Recall

This voluntary recall follows identification of undeclared melatonin in limited lots of Adndale Magnesium Glycinate Gummies. Dkiru LLC is cooperating with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and Amazon to notify customers and provide refunds for eligible purchases.

2. Am I Affected?

You may be eligible for a refund if either of the following applies:

• You have a bottle with one of these affected lots:

• You purchased this product on Amazon between October 1, 2024 and January 1, 2025.

If you no longer have the bottle, you may still request a refund if you provide your Amazon order number for a purchase of this product during that period.

If your lot number does not match one of the listed lots and your Amazon purchase was outside the date range, your product is not included in this recall.

3. What to Do

1. If you still have the product, check the bottom of the bottle for the lot number and expiration date.
2. If your bottle shows LOT 190824, 240923, or 240929, stop using the product and request a refund.
3. If you purchased this product on Amazon between October 1, 2024 and January 1, 2025, you may request a refund even if you no longer have the bottle, as long as you provide your Amazon order number.
4. Email your refund request to info@dkiru.com and include the requested details below.
5. Please keep the bottle until your request has been reviewed, if you still have it.
