Didn't work for me.

This is definitely a regular in my vitamin intake. Good clean ingredients and easy to take. Its definitely help with managing appetite and with weight control.
Of course this is taken with a moderately clean diet and regular exercise!

I have been taking this for almost 2 weeks and I have saw no change in myself. Others I talked to said they had results in the first few days. That has not been my experience.

I felt better in one week. Getting a good nights sleep.

I REALLY wanted to make these work. I REALLY wanted all the benefits from all the herbs, but every time I took them I just didn�t feel well. Maybe it�s just me, but I really wanted it to work. Maybe it does work, but I couldn�t tolerate taking it long enough to notice any benefits sadly.

10-10 my husband it�s very particular when it comes to taking supplements but he swears by this one. Effective easy to swallow and no unpleasant taste or after taste.
